At the Trust’s recent Sub Committee Meeting on 7th November, the Trustees awarded 57 grants totalling £52,250. They included:
- £500 to Devonshire & Dorset Regimental Charity towards the costs of a regimental memorial
- £2,500 to Rainbow Living towards alterations to a property for young learning disabled people
- £5,000 to Exton Village Events towards the upgrading of the village play area
- £250 to TAMBA to provide support to multiple birth families in Devon
- £500 to Brixington Community Church towards a project supporting local families in need
- £500 to Honiton Netball Club to help establish a senior section
- £500 to South West Coast Path Association towards new signage and path repairs
- £1,000 to Combat Stress to provide mental health support to veterans in the South West
- £250 to National Youth Recorder Orchestras towards the Exeter Recorder Day in 2017
- £1,500 to Force Cancer Charity towards a new PC for film editing
- £500 to Hall For Cornwall towards touch tours and audio described performances
- £1,000 to Listening Books towards the digital audiobook service for people in the South West
- £1,000 to Cats Protection Exeter Branch towards the cost of neutering cats in the Exeter area
